1. Welcome to Green Goddess Okinawa!
By subscribing to our vegan meal prep service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at greengoddessoki@gmail.com.

2. Subscription Plans
Options: Subscribers can choose from weekly or monthly meal prep plans.
​
Meals Included: Each plan includes 15 meals per week, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
​
Allergy Disclaimer: We can NOT accommodate food allergies at this time. Our meals are NOT allergen free.

3. Payment Terms
Billing Cycle: Payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle based on your chosen plan.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified on our website.
​
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be notified and given 48 hours to update your payment details. Failure to resolve within this time may result in subscription suspension.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Subscribers may cancel their subscription anytime via their account portal. However, cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Refunds: Refunds are only available for services not yet delivered. If meals have been prepared or delivered, refunds will not be issued.
​
Prorated Refunds: No partial or prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
​
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery Schedule: Meals are delivered twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 pm at the Kadena Gate 2 Visitor Center Parking Lot.
​
Home Delivery Option: Available with extra fee. Key location must be provided.
​
Delivery Area: We currently deliver within 5 miles of Kadena. If you are outside this area, pickup is required.
​
Missed Pickups/Deliveries: It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up meals at the designated time/place. For home delivery, accurate key location must be provided and refunds are not provided for missed pickups/deliveries.
​
6. Food Safety and Storage
Meals are prepared fresh and customers are responsible for refrigerating meals immediately upon receipt.
​
Shelf Life: Meals are designed to remain fresh for up to 5 days if stored correctly.
​
7. Subscription Modifications
Cancellations: Subscribers can cancel their meal prep subscription through their account portal.
Changes must be submitted at least 2 days before the next billing cycle.
​
Pausing Subscription: Subscribers may pause their subscription for up to [20 weeks] per year. Requests must be submitted at least 2 days before the pause start date.
​
8.Liability
We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our meals due to undisclosed allergies or improper storage after delivery.
​
Limit of Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the billing cycle.
​
